• Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is €12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority at Stanlley Verkaufe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

1. Check the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line „Rücksendung/Umtausch Anfrage“ and include the following information:
   • Your order number
   • Item name and number
   • Reason for return or exchange
3. Return Label: After confirming your request, we will send you a return label. Please attach this label clearly to the package.
4. Return the Package: Send the package to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
5. Processing: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time by your bank or payment provider may vary.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
